Well booking meetings with Outlook just got better with our BookMeeting mobile app! You can now quickly book a meeting when on-the-go by selecting your attendees, location and confirming their availabilities without delay. No more rescheduled meetings because of lack of availability info!
Main features of Book Meeting:
Connect to Outlook exchange server to check a contact or location s availability
Add, delete or modify a list of contacts
Add, delete or modify meeting details (meeting subject, time, and description)
Workflow:
Add your exchange details in settings
Add contacts you want to use
Check contacts for meeting from the list and click check
Choose a time slot and go.
Requires iOS 4.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
